Charles and Joyce of Homestead Enterprises were very patient and accommodating with my questions and needs for the planning of my project. The installation was performed expertly and cleanly and will serve my needs very well, while leaving me prepared to move on to the next phase when I’m ready. The cost of the project was very reasonable compared to several other quotes but, what really led me to work with them was the extra effort and explanations they put into helping me before I even committed to work with them. I will definitely work with them again on future projects and recommend them to others.

From our initial communications I was impressed with Charles’ interest in my project. He was quick to respond to review the work to be done and follow up during the quoting process. Upon review of my electrical panel service upgrade (100 amp to 200 amp), and other miscellaneous wiring tasks, he explained how he envisioned the layout and advised of the brand of electrical panel that he would quote for the project. He pulled the permit and coordinated with the local electrical inspector and Consumers Energy to schedule the project. A very satisfying experience from beginning to end. Charles and Joyce were very professional and business-like team in their approach to estimating the nature and price of the job. I was very impressed with final products — a new 240 volt plug and a EV charging station in my garage. Their advice about various aspects for which I was responsible was spot on.
